“Haven't had a bad experience after a good handful of times ordering ahead. Their sandwiches are pretty darned good. I definitely do not put Jersey Mike's in the fast food category. More aligned with Subway, except at Jersey Mike's you get a nice amount of meat without having to pay for double-meat.“

“First time in Kent. Was just going to stop at Jimmy John's, but then a local recommended this place. I saw that they had 2 bologna sandwiches, so I was sold. I went with the #1, which is bologna and american cheese. Each sub comes with lettuce, onion, tomato and oil & vinegar. I got it without tomato and added mayo. The bread was really fresh and the sandwich was a good size, i think. It could have had more meat, especially since bologna is somewhat inexpensive. Now, in my opinion, oil & vinegar really isn't a good with bologna. It wasn't horrible, but not the best combo. It didn't ruin the sandwich. Just better to do without. I would love to come back and try their fried variety.“

“We ordered Penn Station through Door Dash and before it was delivered the manager of Penn Station called to let us know the driver left behind our salad and he’d be delivering it himself. Received the salad 5 minutes after the door dash delivery and they threw in some delicious cookies! ??Thanks to the manager at Penn Station for delivering my lunch—much appreciated!! ?? We order from here often and will continue to do so!“

“I always use the drive thru here and there's never been an issue. The service really is freaky fast and they always get my order right. I like that they are open before noon so I can swing by after a morning workout.Parking: A few spots in front, but a big parking lot out back.“

“I adore the fact you can order a vegetarian sub here. There are a couple of options. I ordered the portobello and swiss. My sub was missing something. I think it needed some spices. Salt, pepper or a bit of steak sauce, something. This being my 1st time, hopefully I missed something on the menu to add some flavor. Bread was fresh, staff was friendly. They were super busy and it was nice to see a full staff here. There were at least 5 people behind the counter.“

“They're as fast as their commercials advertise, and it's always consistently the same unhealthy sub as my last visit. Always clean. Never anything unexpected or even interesting happens here. I really wish they had regular mustard so I didn't have to use 3 of those little packets. Kinda hard to deduct for that though.“

“Went for lunch today with my mom. I know places are frequently understaffed and service is impacted. The guys working at this Penn Station were all going above and beyond to make our experience great. Our food was perfect, they checked on us a couple times, and even brought around a cookie sample during our meal. Thanks so much guys!“

“This place is very good. For those of you who have never stopped in, they freshly slice all the sandwich meat and cheese, made to order. And Mike's Way means an oil and vinegar blend, oregano seasonings, onions and tomatoes. My husband likes the #7, Turkey and Provolone, Mike's Way but no onion, add mayo and banana peppers. I rotate between a #7 mini and the #31 a California Chicken Cheese Steak, add side of Ranch. My husband d also likes the #13, Italian sub with all the premium meats. Be prepared to wait a bit longer for a cheesesteak/hot sandwich. They do not toast the sandwiches, it's New Jersey style after all, served with chips and in a skinny bag. ? oh, I've heard the pepper relish is good but I keep forgetting to try it!Vegetarian options: They make a veggie that comes with extra Provolone and any and all the veggies you want.“

“This is my favorite Mr. Hero, i've never been disappointed by the food. The racist reviews really irk me because it's a franchise- they aren't the ones setting prices or guidelines on how much meat to put on a sandwich. I will say I always get my food to go so the ambiance isn't great but I still love this shop. I've never had any issues with staff members, they're all very kind, sometimes the accent is a little difficult to understand but my order is always right.“

“I like many don’t find myself at subway nearly as often as I did pre-5 dollar foot long. The sandwich that I ate today was a much improved quality over the $5 phase, but it was many times more expensive. The roast beef ability tasted like a quality lunch meat. I would do it again. 1 ding on the service because the man working cashier left me standing at the cash register unattended while he went back to wash dishes.“

“Oh my gosh.... I've never received this kind of customer service ever before and especially at a Subway. My boyfriend and i came in today and Candice (Candace or Candyce maybe, sorry if I butchered her name!!) served us and she was seriously the sweetest woman ever !! She seemed to be the only one working the line (or working in general) yet it was kept clean and her customer service skills were amazing !! She went above and beyond to make sure our sandwiches were made correctly and neatly. I never do these reviews but this was the best customer service i’ve experienced in a while. Seriously blown away by her professionalism and treating us with respect which you don’t see in fast food nowadays. Seriously give this woman a raise !!“

“One thing I like about Subway is that they are consistent. I always know what I'm going to get when I walk in. This store was no exception. The staff was prompt and friendly. The sandwich was exactly what I expected it to be. The store was clean. The soda fountain was clean and in proper order. The shelves were stocked. “Think of this as Subway for pitas, only much better. Personally, I love the fact that they have multiple vegetarian/vegan options, including labeling which sauces are free of gluten, dairy, etc. Also, you can get smashed avocado on your pita for no additional cost (at this location, some differ). At Subway, that is a $2 upcharge.I first fell in love with Pita Pit in college, 20+ years ago, and now I go there because it is that rare restaurant with healthy and tasty options.Vegetarian options: I believe they have four vegetarian pitas: falafel, black bean patty, beyond meat, and hummus. Plus tons of fresh vegetables, and the sauces are labeled, if you want that to be vegetarian as well.“

“I had a long day today and the was looking for something quick, an in and out kinda of thing. What I got was warm smiles and an upbeat greeting. The kind of vibe you get when you walk into a family shop in your old neighborhood. The team on duty were personable and well trained... the sandwich artistry was on display and my order was perfectly prepared, wrapped, and bagged. “I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“

“I usually don’t rate chain restaurants but this subway stands out from most. Firstly all the ingredients were fresh and very neat, it didn’t give you that sat out for hours vibe. Both workers I spoke with were very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, this was hands down the cleanest subway I’ve ever been in.“
