“This ice cream shop's popularity is self evident, with a drive thru that seems to always have cars in line, and that aged retro look which clearly says it has been around for a long while. Clearly it is doing things right. They offer simple foods, good soft serve ice cream, and many hard serve flavors, none of which have failed to surprise me with how good they are. It's become a weekend tradition for my family to visit. I recommend Welch's with extreme fervor!“

If you don't, you will have to wait in line since the bar will not serve edibles (hence 4 stars). “Skoops in Barberton is by far my favorite ice cream shop. They have a large menu and always have new flavors to try. The homemade GF, DF options vary. They always have vanilla bean, and it's amazing. They also have different GF, DF flavors weekly. My husband loves the frosted yellow cake in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It has chucks of cake and chocolate. It's not GF, DF. I ordered a scoop of soft serve cake batter and a scoop of fudgesicle. “Sunday morning, the place was very busy and there was a wait for our food, but once we got it, we enjoyed it. Ordered the French ie platter. Bacon, eggs, hash browns, and French toast. Four slices and they were thick and dripping butter. Eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon could have been just a bit crisper. Our server was excellent. Attentive and polite. She was the only one working the tables and handled a full house exceptionally well.“
“We absolutely love Cherry St Creamery! My son loves their Blue Moon Ice Cream. I usually get the flavor of the week or their Strawberry Cassata Sundae. I'm not a fan of Malts, but my guy really likes theirs. They have food items as well. The Coney Dogs are so good! Remember to take cash as they don't take credit cards. There is an ATM on site, but I'm not sure what the charges are.“
“i had an all around great experience here (: the lady over the speaker/at the window was super kind and professional. they had a big nice menu w all the immense amount of blizzard flavors screwed onto the wall like plaques lol. they even turned my blizzard upside down before bagging it up, no one ever does that! also i’m usually always worried if the blizzard is gonna be made right and they did SO GOOD!! it was so finely crafted they didn’t half ars anything! so nicely blended and a great amount of ingredients that’s always the best!!!! made my day i had an all around positive experience in the 3 mins i spent in yall drivethru and the 5 mins it took me to eat it. keep up the good work!“
“I love Handle’s. I order it more than I should, but today was different. As someone with a peanut allergy, you frequently get overlooked or simply turned away for fear of cross contamination. I was served by Andy today. I asked if the peanut butter ice cream I was ordering be placed in a separate bag so I didn’t touch it. I watched him scoop the ice cream and then set it down to go wash his hands before he proceeded any further. That alone was beyond considerate to me. But then he went as far as double bagging the peanut butter so I wouldn’t come in contact with it. The food industry needs more people with Andy’s kindness. Thank you Andy for going above and beyond for me.“
