Has anyone else had issues getting PF Chang’s to respond? Because this has been unbelievable.
I had a visit at PF Chang’s where I never even received my food, and after reaching out multiple times, I’ve never heard back from anyone. I was told I’d get a call, but no one ever followed up. Being ignored at every level is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
Food at the falls location in miami is horrible and the staff is sorry. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They burn the magnolia beef and it taste like charcoal. The server didn’t really come back till the end of the meal. This location is one of the worst one. They do have good locations just not this one. I contacted the email your concerns on their website and no one gets back to you because they do not care.
