“I was first introduced to 1922 about 2 years ago and loved it. Recently, my son and I have started coming in most Sunday mornings w friends for breakfast. The staff are so friendly and always let my son order himself and put his name down which he loves. We came in Friday evening and his favorite thing (Cinnamon Rolls) had JUST sold. The man working, who has always gone above and beyond making sure orders are correct and everyone is happy, gave him a cookie instead.Such a small gesture but he is still talking about it days later and I certainly will remember it as well. They have a good food, drinks, and I have yet to meet a person there (staff or patron) who wasn’t friendly and welcoming.Highly recommend it to all my friends and family!“
“Went there for my birthday dinner last night with my family and besties. We ordered Hungarian hot peppers and pot stickers for appetizers. The peppers definitely had some heat to them and they were tasty! If I managed the menu, I would serve them in a light marinara with melted mozzarella though. The pot stickers were yummy but not warm at all.For our dinners, my husband ordered the schnitzel Sammy. He really liked it, but he thought the coleslaw should have been on the side and not on it. Our buddy ordered the jambalaya. He said it was good.I ordered the scallops. It came with risotto and creamed beets. The whole meal was scrumptious!!! Our poor server had a huge section and was super busy but still managed to take good care of us. We will definitely be going back!“
“A hidden gem in downtown Painesville. The food is always delicious and fresh. The lobster bisque soup is one the very best we've ever had! It's cozy in the winter and chill in the summer sitting outside on the patio. Always a great choice!“
“The owners of this place take alot of pride in providing great entertainment and excellent food. The "crowd" type and overall atmosphere is nice to have in lake county. If you go, they have one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've eaten, hands down! The decor gives you the real "shop" feel as well.“
“Whoo hoooo! What a place! Amazing bartender (Angela), fantastic food (chicken sandwiches were particularly good) prices tastier than the meals, drinks freely pouring ...people all friendly (one table of seven super boisterous but in a good way just loud) we had a great time and happy hour was 3-7!!!“
“Delicious food in a nice, modern feeling restaurant. I loved all the food I ate from the zucchini bisque, to the crab cakes to the salmon. Service was friendly and attentive. I believe there is some outdoor seating in addition to the large indoor area. Would definitely go back “
“Ist visit. Service was good and pork cutlet was delicious. Evening was spoiled by the obnoxious women at the bar with her consistent very loud outbursts. Many customers were very annoyed. Staff should have spoken to her. Will think twice before returning.“
“I grew up in the Painesville area in the early 80s. Nemeths was the first real bar you went to back in the day, once you hit drinking age, which at the time was 18. A lot of Riverside grads hung out there. In the mid 80s that’s where all the recent grads hung out when they had a break from college. Many memories, some including old Mary Jane. She was everywhere back then.“
“This was our first visit to this location in Concord. We dropped my e to check out the beer selection and the atmosphere. It's a nice place with plenty of room for everyone. They have an outdoor seating area open during the summer. And they have live music on Fri and Sat evenings. The selection of draft and bottled beer was amazing. We sampled several of the porters stouts before making our final selection. We chose the Cinna"man" Bun Porter? and Canadian Breakfast Stout(CBS). Both were good with the CBS winning as the favorite.“
“Eclectic spot with lots of character, food was excellent, service was good, the music entertainment from the Neil Young tribute was very enjoyable. Overall, we'd like to try it again!Food & drinks: Food and drinks were prepared well, average portions, affordable...Noteworthy details: They host live music, and the Neil Young band was enjoyable.“
“Just got home from our first visit here and I'm almost angry we haven't been coming here for years. The atmosphere is so warm and cozy; it really does feel like you're at someone's home. We enjoyed looking at all the old photos on the wall and it brought the feeling of 'home'. But onto the food. Everything was AMAZING. We got ravioli as our side. I swear I'd eat that sauce off a rusty bumper. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and despite it being packed, our food came out pretty quickly and the timing between our appetizer and dinner was spot on. The prices are decent. A little more than other local restaurants but not by much and it's SO worth it. We are actually grabbing take out tomorrow and I can't wait. Obviously I would highly recommend eating here...every day.“
“Don't walk, run to Casa Agave! It was my first time here this evening and wow! Service was phenomenal, and all of the food is so so delicious. You can tell that every dish from the salsa and queso to the entrees are all made with so much love and it has a very traditional vibe and taste to it. I will definitely be back to try more amazing dishes!“
