“Usually when I come here I'm pretty happy, everything's always been fresh and delicious. Fries are always excruciating hot and that's not even a complaint even if I do burn my mouth; most places always have cold friends so this is a welcomed problem. I took one star away because sometimes the customer service could be a hit or miss, much like many have said here. Sometimes the line moves fast and sometimes it's a slog due to the incompetence of the employees. Also I docked a star because at one point they had paper straws and while I'm all for saving the environment those paper straws just sucked (lol) and I'm glad they switched back to the plastic but in addition to the docked star I wish they would keep their masks on and wear hair nets and gloves when preparing the food like this should be food safety 101. Other then that, a solid Charleys.“
“Fairly new cheese steak and wings shopNice and bright interior very clean and colorful. Friendly staff. They are known for their Cheese Steak and lemonade. I had their original old style cheese steak sandwich with grilled onions with a side of cheese fries don’t tell my cardiologist about that lolFood was good but a bit on the pricy side in my opinion. I have had better but it was good“
