“This is my favorite subway, as it's the most sincere! The folks here always hustle to make your sandwich but take the time to do it right, so sometimes there' a line. Small price to pay. And very glad to see them expanding their hours again...Subway's not just for lunch anymore! Double meat BMT, Spicy Italian on Italian Herbs and Cheese, Turkey and Bacon, with Spinach.“

“Stopped in for some usuals,.. (and anything on special or new is a hit so today I tried the sammies!!) Ingredients, so refreshing. Always. Cran salad/ sandwiches were amazing as usual. Mike, Sam, and their staff really put their hearts into it EVERY TIME 100%?“

“As the proud owner of grums for over 20 years I would like to respond to a recent review left by Luis A. Luis had been coming into our store quite often for the previous month and had consistently been rude to my employees to the point when they DREADED every time he can in. On the day he speaks of he ordered what he usually did. Me, the owner made his sandwich, put it in his bag and I handed it to him and said "have a good one buddy". He takes the bag and kinda lifts it up and down like he's a human scale and says "what is this?". I politely responded "that's your sandwich, that's what you ordered". He proceeds to say "this is too light". I said "I don't know what to tell you, I put everything in there like i have for the last 20 years". He responded by saying "I'm not paying for this". By this point he had already paid so I told the employee to give him his money back, then he walked out the door. He got the EXACT sandwich he ordered, he just didn't think it was heavy enough. After he left I told the other employees the next time he came in to tell him he wouldn't be served. He showed up a week later and my brother, the co owner told him we wouldn't serve him. Luis then tried to "big time" my brother and say who do I need to talk to and my brother politely informed him that he was one of the owners and there wasn't anyone who was going to change it. Combine having to throw the sandwich away along with his continuous awful attitude and being rude to our employees it was an extremely easy decision. I have never responded before to a negative review but this one was so delusional and absurd I felt the need to defend our store. As a quick side note, he is right about one thing. We do have a sign that says "we will not help you if you are on your phone, please hang up, then order". He says this is distasteful. I say distasteful is being rude and talking on your phone while someone is trying to help you and take your order.“

“Excellent breakfast food that is SIMPLE. Word to the wise… this place is cash only. We had to go across the street to the atm at family dollar. The place itself is dated with very limited seating. There was only one table out of the entire restaurant that could accommodate 4 people so we got lucky today. We will definitely return to Irvs!“

“Jersey mikes continues to be my go to spot for a good Italian sub. I really like the fact that a always have some type of special note in my order that is follows it every time exactly as I asked. They go out of their way to please.Wheelchair accessibility: they have wide doorways with little or no bump or threshold to cross? I am not currently in a wheelchair, but remain very aware, because who knows if one day I will be again.“

“The Mr. Hero in Northfield always provides good food and good service. Very nice, friendly people and that has been true for the entire last twenty years. Over that time I've occasionally gone there for lunch and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. Now, it's just fast food.. so have reasonable expectations on quality. They make it fresh when you order. So have a reasonable expectation on the time. The menu is pretty vast, but how can you not order a Roman burger or cheesesteak?“

“Recently came out to grab a sandwich. They didn't have a Google Pay POS and I didn't have cash on me so I had to leave without getting food. Great place, definitely won't be my last time visiting and the service was friendly and understanding. They explained that they'd be getting updated POS machines soon. I caught the manager before she was leaving for the day and she understood the issue right away and took the time to explain the situation to me.“

“I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. He was right when he said I would like it. Definitely will be back. ?“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“Once upon a long time ago there was an Arthur T at my local malls food court in PA. It's been a few decades and nowadays its hard to even find a Long Johns.We were in the area for a trip to the Rock n Roll Hall and were looking for a place for lunch. An urge to do something fun brought us here. I didn't know when we rolled in that it was one of the last ones standing. The service was actually really great. Seems to be a family run place and the employees were very sociable.They offer a number of options here for a reasonable price. The food came out quickly and hot. We got chicken and fish which come with fries and hush puppies. The hush puppies may be the star but I'm a fanatic there. The servings of meat were a bit small, but it was damn good for fast food takeout. When you want that fix of perfectly greasy fish and chips, this is the right place.“

“Personally think this is the best ran franchise in the area. The food is excellent and looks like the photo and tastes great! The only thing that really grinded my gears is a soda for $4 which is almost half the cost of a reg sandwich. Extremely over priced and wont buy again.“

“So this sandwich shop was recommended by a co-worker so I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches with sides. First, the order was ready on time and was accurate. I picked up the order and the five minute drive back had my mouth watering. Smelled so good! I love the side options, waffle fries, tots, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, etc., etc. I ordered the chicken pita. It came loaded with chicken and the softest Greek style pita. I'd like a little more sauce, but overall pretty delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried pickles. They were breaded pickle spears, warm and crispy with that snap when you bite into it. Also, not greasy at all. The ranch was so-so. I was pretty hungry and forgot to snap pics, except for the pita! ‍ I'd definitely like to return & try more of their items!“

“I stopped here as it was close to my hotel. The cheesesteak was good for the region. I was a bit disappointed as the advertised bread selection was not available. The cheesesteak itself was a good meal. I would have liked a little more cheese though. Overall I will probably go back for a meatball sub on my next trip.The service was polite, helpful with answers, and was actively keeping the food prep area clean while I was there.Parking: Parking available within 10' of the front door.“

“Just left Subway and I had to leave a review. I've been going to this location for several years. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. If you want a great sandwich, great service, clean restaurant, go to this location. Leave a nice tip, too. I haven't been in a few months, that said, customer service was on 10, sandwiches nice, neat, abd tasty, and the place was clean. I hope the Owner/Management appreciates their hardworking and diligence and shows it! 1/3/24 a little before noon.“

“I love the corned beef sandwich with Swiss and mustard and mayo with jalapenos and it is so delicious. Every Sandwich I have got there is so fresh and it is worth the price. The people there are so nice. Keep up the good work. I will be back soon. Miss Arlene“

“Cannot say enough positive things about this location. Post COVID every fast food location is awful, between the food quality going down, customer service bottoming out and prices sky rocketing. I'm glad to say I found a place where this does not apply. Jersey mikes in solon is the exception, the employees have awesome customer service skills, the foods fresh, you're in and out quickly. 10/10.“

“Their new sub, the chicken Parmesan meatball, is great. Please know that it is chicken meatballs.Wheelchair accessibility: Getting in with a wheelchair is not a problem. Just know that if you're handicapped on your right side, it's a little more difficult going to the bathroom... if you're a woman.“

“They are advertising a new and improved buttery cheesesteak sandwich. I didn't find it to be a significant difference from the old original. Look for their promotions, which may not be on their website menu. Two smaller sandwiches are currently priced at less than the larger single one and together have more food.“

“Idk what everyone else experienced here at this store. But this subway is by far the best subway I've been to in the United States. Everytime I pickup in that area I go out of my way to go there. My subs have been perfect everytime. The sandwich isn't falling apart, the staff is friendly, and I usually don't have to wait long. If your in the area and hungry I would definitely stop here for a meal. You will not be disappointed.“

“I stopped by this past Tuesday, 3/5. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had the Italian sub and it was packed with fresh ingredients; not just bread. I was impressed with the two men working behind the counter. They were attentive, pleasant, were focused on their work, and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. It was more of a fine dining experience. The only thing missing were the white table linens.“
