I went to get a black iced coffee two times from my mobile order and it took 20 minutes. Didn’t even end up receiving it either times since I didn’t have time to wait longer than that
Unfortunately this did not help my already terrible morning. There seemed to be issues with the store this morning so I’m sure everyone was also struggling but the espresso machine was down. I got an iced coffee instead which was fine. I ordered a multi pack timbits and was given all the same donuts. I asked for a specific specialty donut and was given a completely different donut. workers are rude and act like you ordering food is the biggest inconvenience. have had a problem every single time i’ve been to this location. today i got a bagel with about a teaspoon of cream cheese on one half and none on the other half. can’t believe no one has done anything about this location in the last 5 years.
