“Love this company (there's another location on Sawmill)! Ice cream is rich and very fresh flavors. Kids like to get the ice cream and popsicle combo. The Popsicles are also excellent quality, packed with fruit and not overly sweet. I got the nachos supreme with marinated pork and covered in jalepeños. “It's our family's favorite treat station. They have super delicious Italian ice. a small is heavy and a good value. try a gelati which is Italian ice intermingled with custard. Their custard is extremely creamy and we all enjoy it more than ice cream. This place will remind you of a time gone by. Absolutely wonderful, they have some picnic tables for outside eating. The parking lot is small. There is a great pizza joint around the back also.“

“SO GOOD! First time visiting and I loved it. The store itself is very cute with great parking but also good accessibility from the rest of New Albany if you wanted to have a long walk with your ice cream! The employees were super friendly and helpful and I was grateful to get to sample a couple flavors because their menu is packed with options! I opted for the Buckeye flavor this time and it was delicious - creamy and the perfect peanut butter/chocolate balance without being too rich. the sugar cone was good too- nice and crispy with a good vanilla taste and not just from the cheap box you can find at the grocery (though I don't dislike those). I was only supposed to get one scoop but I definitely got a little extra. Excited to go back and try other flavors!“
“The quick service Mexican Ice Cream shop has a lot of flavors to choose from. For regular ice cream flavors the pistachio was a smooth and creamy treat. The Oreo frappe was a fancier treat that wowed with the presentation. We were fortunate to get there at a good time as the small shop seems to have an u ending stream of visitors.“
“I absolutely love soft serve. I have to admit, I find their prices a little expensive, but they are comparable to other ice cream shops in the area. The location is right off the side of the road, but has a cute little outdoor seating area and is dog friendly. During the summer, my dog and I would go hear to enjoy the sun and a yummy treat. The staff are always friendly and loved seeing my dog. He would sometimes get a free treat! A way to get a cheaper whitser is to order the flavor of the weak or day! The scoops are cheaper than if you make or order your own. I highly recommend this place. Also, I keep tabs on the best things I've tried throughout Columbus so far and their german chocolate flavor made the week. If they have this flavor you must try it if you enjoy chocolate, coconut and caramel together. IT'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!“
“There aren't Graeter's where we live, so thought we would try it. Went about 9:30pm on a Friday night. Although it was busy, there was plenty of staff to get through quickly. Amazing customer service from them all. The ice cream was really good. I recommend the Lemon Meringue Pie for a refreshing treat! We also had a Cookie Monster Sundae, a Shamrock Sundae and a double scoop in a cup that received positive reviews from the family!“
“We can't come to Ohio without MULTIPLE trips to Graeter's! We think it's easily some of the best ice cream in the country! Any of their "chip" flavors are phenomenal. My favorite is salted caramel chip or sometimes I go for the Black Raspberry Chip. I tried the Toffee Chip this time, and it was also good. My husband tried the hot honey flavor and it was very unique and he really loved it. (Spicy ice cream anyone?!)“
“This location is a walk-in shop. The staff is very nice! The frozen custard is great. My favorite thing to get here is the chocolate custard Sunday with fudge, caramel, and brownie bites. I think they have some of the best brownie bites in Columbus. I usually get a mini which is $4.75 and it is actually a decent size.“
“There are several ice cream flavors I like here. The peach is great, the chocolate chocolate chip is good but my all time fav is the black cherry chip. The ice cream surrounding the cherries has a good cherry flavor and it has huge chocolate chips that Graeters is known for. I go to the Gahanna location and everyone is friendly. They all say ,Welcome to Graeters . They have an outside eating area and the inside is decorated nicely., It's hard to stay away .“
“We are from Nashville, Tennessee and went into Graeter’s for the first time ever. Andrew was the most awesome human being I’ve probably ever met in my life. His constant smile and knowledge of different combinations of ice cream blew me away. He introduced me to a new way of peanut butter and chocolate. “First time at Whits and I was not disappointed! Delicious and such a cute shop in a great location. I got asked to describe it and said it was like a cross between Orange Leaf and Dairy Queen but with better custard and stand by it. So many fun topping options and their own creations and the custard is perfectly creamy, thick and flavorful. I did their take on a mixed custard with toppings and loved it! Perfectly blended and toppings well distributed throughout so you didn't end on a bunch of plain custard. The sizes are also big - the small was about the size of a medium blizzard at DQ for reference.On top of great product, being uptown New Albany, having very easy parking and so close to walking trails is perfect and really makes it all the more enjoyable experience! Will definitely be making a return trip!“
“I used to go to Cold Stone as a kid all the time (before I had any discerning tastebuds lol). Over a decade later, I found myself revisiting this place a couple of times. Their "creations" are what give them the edge over pretty much every other ice cream spot around town. You get smooth creamy textures, an abundance of toppings/flavors, so many good-looking options that you'll be standing around indecisive on every visit, and no creativity of your own is needed. They definitely stole part of my heart away from Graeter's, and I'm very glad I decided to re-live childhood memories at Cold Stone. Top-notch ice cream chain!“

I was not greeted upon entry but after I checked in on the app I was greeted and watched my order get packed up.“
