“It's never a breeze going out to dinner with a 5 and a 3 year old but the whole staff at El Carnicero did an amazing job and made sure the experience was smooth sailing from the start! The guacamole was delicious and fresh and they made sure there was never a shortage of chips for both the guacamole and the girls. The Floutas and the Barbacoa were both indescribable outside the word delightful. We finished with the fried ice cream. I could go on and on about the food but the short and sweet of it is its on another level from any restaurants nearby. The most important part of the meal to highlight was the staff though. The server was very helpful and made sure the meal was timed perfectly for us and the kids. The supporting staff was very friendly and even gave us some tips on other restaurants they recommend in other areas of Cleveland. I walked into here and was seated in a booth, which came with complimentary tortilla chips and salsa, which tasted good. I ordered the burrito de la diabla, which is a spicy burrito with chorizo and beef inside with a side of rice. The burrito wasn’t very spicy, but it tasted quite good nonetheless. Tonight, he had a stream of customers and ran out of supplies.We didn't get our third drink for quite awhile. He brought the wrong food to the table next to us. We waited 2 hours for our food and he brought us an extra taco. I assumed it belonged to a different table and suggested as much. I said we'd accept it if it didn't belong to a different table. “There are many supermarkets around here, but I always find myself driving the extra distance to Whole Foods. I like that I can find healthy options, and can trust their brand. I like that there are many vegan options and plant based yogurts. My favorite brand there is the Engine 2 brand, really healthy Whole Foods, from Plant Based burgers to burritos to raviolis to pasta sauces to hommus etc... I only wish their prices were lower. They have improved on some, but would hope they continue.“
