I gave It 3 stars because when order ahead Is actually available Its good. It seems like they have problems a lot? Either they can make certain drinks, no drinks at all, they're out of everything, or order ahead Is not available!

Hailey / Haley (not sure how she spells it) deserves a raise. I don’t go to Starbucks much so I wasn’t sure what to order but instead of leaving me to take a risk on a random drink, she asked what type of general drink I was in the mood for and crafted me up something that I don’t even think was on the menu and it was the best drink I’ve ever had in my life. Girlfriend and myself decided to treat ourselves to starbucks, got our drinks and I spilled mine as soon as I got home... I went back and ordered it again, and the ladies recognized my order and myself and asked what happened. I explained, and they replaced my drink free of charge on their own accord.They are always spot on with my orders, but today they got me to leave 5 stars with their service.Thank you, you made my day!
