I ordered Charley's from Solon earlier today and I was very displeased with what I got back. I ordered 3 sandwiches and they were all made wrong. I'm allergic to tomato's and they put tomatoes on my sandwich, I also ordered a sandwich with no mushrooms and there were mushrooms on it. I expect better!
Great food, fresh and tastes good. The lemonade is fantastic. The staff is polite and my sandwiches were made as ordered. I got the chicken California sub and the teriyaki sub for tomorrow.

Ordered a 10pc wing and paid full price. Only to find that not only was the BBQ sauce watered-down but I was missing some wings. I don't know if someone ate one or someone can't count. But returning to this one is pointless. For years I've always like Charley's and it's always that one store that puts a stain on the company's service and reputation.
