“We had a great experience at Champs! I did an early call in a group of about 20 ( lunch between baseball games) and they said they would open the back room for us! They made sure to know how much time we had, suggested items off the menu and the food came out quickly! We appreciated it so much! Our server and the manager made we were all taken care of the entire time! We will be adding Champs to our go to restaurant!”

“We have been to Papa Boos many times, either just the 2 of us or with friends. We always enjoy the food, drinks, atmosphere, live music and friendly staff. Today, our server was Zoey, and she was SO friendly, attentive and had great drink recommendations based on my likes and dislikes! I presumed she was a seasoned server at Papa Boos, and was surprised that this was her first year at PB! As always, my husband and I had a wonderful afternoon at PB, and will most certainly return very soon! Cheers!!”

“I have frequently visited this fine establishment. The chef , kitchen staff, waitresses are outstanding. The food is five star quality as is the service. I really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Horvath’s Habor . The smiling faces and pleasant greetings of all the staff. Makes you feel like you are around family. Gary McConnel is a extremely talented and creative chef . His kitchen staff have displayed the same excellence too. I’m happy to say I’m a loyal patron of theirs that enjoys the food. I again give this across the board five stars ! It’s a must visit place to experience!”

“This is your typical small town diner. No surprises here. The food was pretty good. I had the chicken fried steak special, and my wife tried the chipped beef on toast and home fries. We both enjoyed our meals. The service was great, and the coffee kept on coming.”

“First time at Buckeye Lake and we finished the day here. Loved it! Great atmosphere and views were amazing. Aubre our server was really good the band was outstanding. It wasn’t as crowded as another place we stopped and that was fine with us. Highly recommend.”

“I've been coming here almost daily for a long time. I have had hardly any issues here other then someone forgetting to cut my sub in half from time to time but not a big deal. I have had no problems with my orders doing it in person and online. Staff is always nice. I will continue to come here.”

“Some of the best Indian Food in the area. Don’t be put off that it’s a trailer in a motel parking lot. We had the chicken tikka masala and butter chicken as our main dishes which came with a generous helping of rice. We also got some raita and butter naan. All were very tasty. My only feedback is that they need to increase the portions of chicken in the dishes.”

“i have been taking the family here since they first opened and the food and staff were awesome. now it had been some time since we ate there and tonight 10/31/24 and ordered2 pizzas to go. my 3 kids will normally smash a large pizza. the pizza we got tonight was disappointing. the cheese tasted like fake cheese and the sauce tasted like some canned generic spaghetti sauce. if this is the quality they are putting out these days i can see why they are not very busy. if they are still around in 3 months I'll try again and hopefully they will bring back the quality of food.”

“We greatly appreciate Buckeye Lake Margaritas for the consistency of quality-prepared foods, fast and always friendly service in a festive and fun atmosphere (and reasonably priced). While it's always all been good: our favorites include the Buckeye Bowl, Chilies Rellenos, their enchiladas and fresh chips: and my new favorite Shrimp Fajitas and of course the Margaritas (especially the freshest Margarita). “Food was good service not soo good we got pizza wings no plats no napkins not even the waitress show up to ask if we were doing ok oh bet as soon we got up and got ready to get on our bikes they show up asking if we weren’t gonna leave a tip because they only make 5 DLL an hour not to mention how when we walk to the bar we had to wait for them to finish what they were doing on the phone. !!!!”

“We booked Eric and team to cater our wedding. I found communication with him to be less than ideal. He seemed too relaxed and would respond with one word responses when trying to review the plan/check in weeks before the event. This of course led to things not going as planned day of event. We were supposed to have non-alcoholic beverages out for guests which they completely forgot. They were supposed to help cut the cake but that didn’t happen without us reminding them after the fact. Many of my guest complained that the servers tried to clear their plates before they were done eating. Seemed like they were in a hurry to leave. I will say that I thought the food was pretty good and Eric made a meal specifically for me that I had requested and we appreciated that.”
