“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.”

“What a great experience! The building was beautiful, it’s huge but still feels very private. Ordering at different bars is kinda weird, I’d love for them to use a kiosk system or something but also wasn’t a big enough turn off to change my mind on coming here in the future. Service was quick and friendly, and everything was really yummy. We had two boards, and the roasted olives and several varieties of beer since my husband kept ordering me the “surprise me” beer and let the bartender pick. The kids brought card games and played quietly while the adults conversed and caught up… and we had about 100 dollars of food and 100 dollars of beer and I don’t regret the spurge. We were there around 2 hours.”

The ice cream is always delicious, and the atmosphere is so friendly—everyone feels right at home! “Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.”

“This location was recently remodeled to add additional seating and improved the efficiency of the drive-thru. The food and service levels are typically excellent. My wife ordered the 8 count chicken nuggets today. She only received 7 and the majority of them were very small and lukewarm. I discussed the issue with Shanequa, one of the Chick Filet team members. She immediately addressed the issue and replaced the nuggets with a new fresh hot order. We appreciate that she took the initiative and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Shanequa!”

“I felt the need to give a review when I don't normally do. Restaurant was HOT, HUMID and busy. Saw one waitress playing on her phone majority time we was there, hostess leaned on podium as if it was gonna be stolen the entire visit. Only one owaitress was actually running around and sweating that was our bartender server Dawn. Very friendly lady. Had a horrible couple beside screaming at her about the endless wings about the air conditioner then over a discounted coupon. My husband finally had enough and told her she didn't need the endless and smacking a table was a child like tantrum, the couple said nothing back but eventually left. To our server Dawn I'm sorry people are jerks. You were awesome”
