We were happy with the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bagel on asiago bread. The Butter Bear Latte with oatmilk was the right amount of sweet to get this Monday off to a great start. Jordyn was exceptional as well! Great staff at this Bigby! Keep it up!!“

“I’ve been a barista for the last 10 years so I’m a bit picky about my coffee/how it’s made. With that being said, we stumbled upon this store while on our way to the zoo (1 hour away) and ever since I’ve been in love! This is the ONLY location that gets it right every single time! I specifically make zoo trips now just so I can get a good coffee. And just when I thought I couldn’t love them anymore today they made both my kids day when they offered to make them sample mini bomb pop frapps! Forever a fan of Waterville Kroger Starbucks“

“I LOVE this place so much! From amazing lattes, mochas and more to mouth-watering scones and cookies, this place is the number 1 coffee shop in the world from my perspective! Incredible service and the food is totally worth the wait and money! I defiantly recommend this coffee shop WAY over Starbucks and other local shops. My younger siblings delight in watching these amazing, well-chosen employees make the best coffees ever! The beans are carefully roasted, bagged and grounded to perfection! I totally recommend bringing your kids, friends or family to this choice shop to play games while drinking this deliciousness!This is my dream job- 100% sure! “I’ve gone to almost every popular coffee house in the Toledo area and Copper Press is one of my all time favorites! The breakfast burritos are delicious and the house made desserts always look divine. The Bourbon Pecan Cold Brew is my go to and it’s superb. “The food is okay (good but nothing special) but for what you are paying for, I don't think it's worth it. The coffee is a good price and way better than Starbucks. The service is pretty good. (Nothing too crazy.) Coffee came out fast but food takes a while. Ambiance is cute! Overall, good place but didn't wow me. My sister: the sandwich was busin and if I had a big girl job I would get these all the time. But $12 for a sandwich is a lot and I'm glad you are paying for it.“

“The Bard's Coffee shop was the perfect place to host a birthday brunch. Chris was easy to work with and knowledgeable in every step of the process. The brunch menu he put together included cinnamon rolls, biscuits, quiche, local honey and jam. The atmosphere is quiet, low key and inviting. The coffee and drinks were all on point and Chris even explained to us how espresso should taste and that humidity and coffee bean care has a lot to do with getting the perfect roast.We will definitely be back!“

“This is my favorite coffee shop in town. Mostly because they offer the sugar free mocha syrup. It’s delicious in an iced coffee!Service is fast, as well as friendly. If you’re disabled, it can be challenging to get the door opened and wheel in by yourself. But I’m my opinion, it’s worth the effort!“

I’m a regular and they now know my order when I pull up and start talking, 99% of the time everyone is always so happy, there might be that one off day, but that’s to be expected. The price of this one is cheaper than Maumee and Perrysburg for the most part, so that’s even better. I trust the Dunkin brand for my coffee needs, even my K Pods at home are dunkin branded!!“

“I found this place a couple years ago and honestly since it is my favorite ice cream place to go. They have a variety of different ice cream which are all amazing! The staff is phenomenal every time very patient and courteous. “I have to again recognize this Biggby location. Not only is it my favorite store, but as they know my favorite coffee. The coffee and service are phenomenal. From Sophie to Emily or Julia and Amira, they always take care of me and know who I am and what I order. They are quick, kind, welcoming, and always spot on when it comes to my drinks (which they know by heart now). Great location and great staff, and while all the Biggbys are awesome, this particular store really puts a shine on the company and is well worth driving a little out of your way to go here. “I love going here. I go to get a regular coffee, no expresso no latte just regular plain old black coffee with carmel in it.There are two girls that get it perfect and they are Audrey and Myaijshea. They make it perfect and I am grateful for them.Sometimes when I order it the girls give me expresso and its to strong for me but these two girls get it.
