“I walked in very randomly around the lunch hour. I was dressed down and definitely felt out of place here. Karen and the staff made sure to make me feel welcome, and like anyone belonged here. “Great food. We were in town to visit the Air Force museum. I researched restaurants before we left home. Not only are the food and prices fantastic, it's only 5 minutes from the museum. When we visit again, we plan on having breakfast again, then driving over for lunch, instead of eating at the museum.“
“Came here for lunch on the day of the eclipse. Workers were welcoming and playful, truly a joy to talk to them. After ordering, the food took a little bit to come out considering the low amount of people in the building but was ultimately worth the wait. “We’ve dined here several times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. We visited on Sunday around 12:00 PM and were not disappointed . We got the Italiano and the Patty Melt and the Branches and Bones IPA on tap. Wonderful, friendly staff and good food. My only negative comment would be that there were 1 or 2 staff members who were wandering around (or sitting) staring at their phones. The restaurant was very busy, but these individuals did not help out and were plainly just getting in the way. If they were on break, it was not obvious. What was obvious was they did not care about the appearance and were not concerned about optimizing customer service. We will be back, but thought management should be aware of this.“

“Just came from dinner at Bennett's. New Year's Eve, and there were 12 of us. We had 5:00 reservations, so we wanted to get home before all the partiers come out!! Our server, Lindsey A., was AMAZING!!! She was taking care of multiple tables besides ours, but was still quick to check on us frequently throughout the meal. We had 7 separate checks, without any problems, and every order was exactly right. The noise level was higher than desired, but there was a Bengals game on TV, and lots of fans cheering. Everyone is home by now, after a really fun New Year's Eve (early) celebration with friends.“
“I unfortunately did not take pictures. We had the jalapeño poppers for an appetizer. They are probably my most favorite of any restaurant. For entrees, I had the grilled chicken salad, I didn't really enjoy the chicken on it, but the salad over all wasn't terrible. It was a good size. My daughter had the 6 piece chicken strips with the waffle fries, and the fries were delicious! My husband had the Philly steak sandwich, and he said it was the best he's had in a while, and he's a cheese steak connoisseur.“

The fried green tomatoes with chow-chow appetizer was one of the best fried green tomatoes I ever had. Fried but not greasy.My partners salmon with samosa hash(everything in a samosa but the wrapper) was Delicious. My filet mignon with scallion hollandaise was perfectly medium rare, the hollandaise not at all oily tasting. The cocktails were excellent. The lemon tiramisu was light and and refreshing and the perfect amount of sweet.Our server Vincent was excellent. Attentive, and enthusiastic about the menu and made perfect recommendations including leading me to choose the filet as it was the seasonal offerings vs the strip steak and steering me to an excellent wine for my meal.One of the top dining experiences I've had in Dayton, while walking in 1 hour to close. The environment feels like an older sports bar/family restaurant mesh, but it's not dated at all. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.We ordered drinks, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, a pizza, and children's meals. The loaded Saratoga chips were great. They're house-made potato chips covered in cheese, bacon, and paired with ranch dressing. The burgers were cooked to temp and very tasty. The chicken sandwich was phenomenal. The grilled chicken tenders were both flavorful and juicy. The mac and cheese was great!!We had heard great things about their pizza, but were honestly skeptical about it as we haven't had great experiences with restaurants that have a full menu and make pizzas. Thankfully, we listened to the masses, as the pizza was perfectly cooked and was absolutely delicious.We'll definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of regular dining options. Tried the sliced Brisket (so good! super smoked tender and didn't even need sauce but I added just a dab of the original and Spicy Sauce) and Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa Sausage (unique and delicious!), also had sides of fresh fried Okra and the Baked Beans.
