“As the proud owner of grums for over 20 years I would like to respond to a recent review left by Luis A. Luis had been coming into our store quite often for the previous month and had consistently been rude to my employees to the point when they DREADED every time he can in. On the day he speaks of he ordered what he usually did. Me, the owner made his sandwich, put it in his bag and I handed it to him and said "have a good one buddy". He takes the bag and kinda lifts it up and down like he's a human scale and says "what is this?". I politely responded "that's your sandwich, that's what you ordered". He proceeds to say "this is too light". I said "I don't know what to tell you, I put everything in there like i have for the last 20 years". He responded by saying "I'm not paying for this". By this point he had already paid so I told the employee to give him his money back, then he walked out the door. He got the EXACT sandwich he ordered, he just didn't think it was heavy enough. After he left I told the other employees the next time he came in to tell him he wouldn't be served. He showed up a week later and my brother, the co owner told him we wouldn't serve him. Luis then tried to "big time" my brother and say who do I need to talk to and my brother politely informed him that he was one of the owners and there wasn't anyone who was going to change it. Combine having to throw the sandwich away along with his continuous awful attitude and being rude to our employees it was an extremely easy decision. I have never responded before to a negative review but this one was so delusional and absurd I felt the need to defend our store. As a quick side note, he is right about one thing. We do have a sign that says "we will not help you if you are on your phone, please hang up, then order". He says this is distasteful. I say distasteful is being rude and talking on your phone while someone is trying to help you and take your order.“

“I was first treated to Tommys subs at work by my manager. These subs are the best I have ever had and I have had many ! The Italian sub is outstanding. I can't wait to try the others. By the way the buns are from a local bakery and are excellent.“

“Excellent breakfast food that is SIMPLE. Word to the wise… this place is cash only. We had to go across the street to the atm at family dollar. The place itself is dated with very limited seating. There was only one table out of the entire restaurant that could accommodate 4 people so we got lucky today. We will definitely return to Irvs!“

“Today will be my 3rd sandwich/sub ordered from Jersey Mike's. I get the #9 Mike's Way. I don't know what else to say but, hands down, the best sub I've ever had. Super fresh bread and hand cut meats and cheeses. Whatever is in that shaker juice ROCKS MY WORLD. Nice staff and great food.“

“Love Micky's. My only problem, I walk up there with my dog alot. Some times I eat my ice cream there with my dog, but if it's busy I like to take it to go. I wouldn't even be mentioning this if it didn't happen every single time... any time I ask for it to go they never hear me, always come out with out lids and no bag. It's just a bit frustrating, I'm an anxious person and I just wish I could be heard the first time and not have to have another conversation just to get my stuff to go.“

“I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. He was right when he said I would like it. Definitely will be back. ?“

“Personally think this is the best ran franchise in the area. The food is excellent and looks like the photo and tastes great! The only thing that really grinded my gears is a soda for $4 which is almost half the cost of a reg sandwich. Extremely over priced and wont buy again.“

“Just left Subway and I had to leave a review. I've been going to this location for several years. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. If you want a great sandwich, great service, clean restaurant, go to this location. Leave a nice tip, too. I haven't been in a few months, that said, customer service was on 10, sandwiches nice, neat, abd tasty, and the place was clean. I hope the Owner/Management appreciates their hardworking and diligence and shows it! 1/3/24 a little before noon.“

“Their new sub, the chicken Parmesan meatball, is great. Please know that it is chicken meatballs.Wheelchair accessibility: Getting in with a wheelchair is not a problem. Just know that if you're handicapped on your right side, it's a little more difficult going to the bathroom... if you're a woman.“

“If you're looking for a great sandwich then this is the place for you. Freshly's is a family owned restaurant in Willoughby They known for king sized sandwiches and crispy broccoli and cheese wedges. The service is fast and always friendly. While I like their corned beef their Gyros are big enough for two. Stop by you won't be disappointed.“

“Ate here for the first time recently and returned shortly after. I’ve never tried Penn station but i loved it! This location is fantastic as the food has been great quality and the staff even better. So polite and helpful and make you feel very welcome! The dining room is also really clean!!“

“They are advertising a new and improved buttery cheesesteak sandwich. I didn't find it to be a significant difference from the old original. Look for their promotions, which may not be on their website menu. Two smaller sandwiches are currently priced at less than the larger single one and together have more food.“

“Went in this past Saturday 40 minutes before closing with a coupon, Oh No I'm informed they don't take coupons here anymore.Smart employee says what you want we/I have some deals.Oh ok great I want a foot long basic sub, Smart employee says fine Turkey Foot long for $7.00, Wow! fantastic that's 1cent over the coupon price,Now I will return here and be a regular customer, this employee has made me sandwiches before and does Not skimp on ingredients as many Subway stores do.“

“I stopped by this past Tuesday, 3/5. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had the Italian sub and it was packed with fresh ingredients; not just bread. I was impressed with the two men working behind the counter. They were attentive, pleasant, were focused on their work, and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. It was more of a fine dining experience. The only thing missing were the white table linens.“

“I don’t know if this gentleman was the owner or the manager. But he walked right in the door. Took his coat off washed his hands. Got his gloves on and started to wait on the customers with the workers. Always great customer service at this location“

“This is the best subway around. Ingredients are always the freshest tasting and even the bread tastes way fresher then other locations. Like it hasn't been sitting around getting stale all day. I always order ahead on the app so I can't speak for the customer service but whoever is working there is doing a good job keeping things fresh and delicious.“
