The food was delicious. I would've given them 5 stars but the manager's attitude stinks, as well as the young man who was helping him cook & take orders. Horrible customer service.
This was my first time at Penn Station. I got the pizza sub. It was absolutely delicious and being in a wheelchair, I had to use the restroom- it was way better than I expected. Thank you for making my visit so handicapped friendly!

I work less than a mile from this location so it's a go to most times. Quick response and welcome when I walked in the door. No one was in a hurry to move me through the line. The order took less than 10 minutes to place, prepare and pay. I only have half an hour for lunch so this was a pleasant surprise to get done so fast. I was able to get there, order and get back to work and still have a few minutes to eat and not feel rushed.
