The kitchen ran as a symphony, with such professionalism, speed and precision. And the flavors!!!!! Chef Sara is exemplar, and personable, even taking the time to chat with us. Our server Jolee is also worth asking for, as her level of kindness and service is beyond words. And another wonderful element, which is often overlooked, is that our water glasses were immediately refilled. We travel the world, and this has been one of our all-time best dining experiences. You will be amazed!”

“I booked a party here for about 30 people and it was such a breeze and the space was perfect. The entire process was seamless, the rental space was affordable and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Beyond that, the taproom is always very clean and welcoming. They also have great drinks! Highly reccomend, especially if you need a small party rental space. Thank you Zaftig team for making my baby shower such a great event!”

“The staff at the Myrtle Beach location are the best!! They are always super friendly and inviting. The iced lattes are the best from any coffee shop I’ve ever had. All of the food looks amazing! I’ve only had the biscuits because I’ve been short on time when I stop in there and it’s kind of far from my house but they are delicious and whatever the jam or preservers it comes with is my new favorite. I wish I lived closer to it because it’s a great spot for breakfast or lunch.”

“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.”

The subs were fresh and delivered promptly at the agreed upon time. They were so much better than their competitor in every way. A special shout out to Luke who took great care of us. “I have never eaten rabbit after living in China for 18 years. The first time I tried it was in the United States. It was delicious. I highly recommend the rabbit. The Sichuan cuisine in the store is very in line with the tastes of Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing. I love it.”

“A new favorite of a local place that knows how to do things right! I am quite the connoisseur of chili dogs and this is one of the beat places I have ever had! They start off with all beef hotdogs and grill them to perfection on their grill which gives you that nice crunch when you bite into its awesome deliciousness. I had two dogs today. The first was the Hillbilly Dog topped with coleslaw and coney sauce. I added jalapeños for my personal taste. Next was the Junkyard Dog topped with coney sauce, cheesy onions (cooked on the grill), bacon, jalapeños, cole slaw, garlic aioli, and spicy brown mustard. If you are not a fan of all-beef hotdogs, they have options of Stadium Dogs (all pork), a vegan dog, and even an wagyu beef hotdogs. (Some may be a small extra fee) I did not order their famous hubcaps but will next time! One thing that I saw on the menu was Burnt Ends French Fries. French fries topped with burnt ends, bbq sauce, Cheddar cheese and scallions. Can you say heaven on fries? Still hungry? Try one of their milkshakes or floats. Friendly workers interact with customers to make sure that everything is to perfection! That personal touch is rare these days and absolutely priceless! This place proves that old saying that the drive is worth the difference! If you are reading this review and don't eat here immediately, you are missing out and will wish you had filled yourself with this awesomeness instead of whatever disappointing meal or mediocrity that you settled for!”

“Jan did a cake for my mom's birthday a few years ago and my mom said it was the best cake she ever had. So, when my parents' 60th wedding celebration came up earlier this year, we went back to Jan! We chose her most popular flavor, the raspberry creme, and it was delicious. But, the look of the cake was so special. Sixty years ago, my mother had a small wedding and wore an embroidered suit/vest. Jan based the design of the cake on it and it was so special to my parents and a real work of art. Jan was easy to work with and had great ideas. She suggested a small two-tier cake, so my parents could take the smaller tier with them on a short trip and share their special cake with friends. Jan also made sure we had what we needed to pack everything up after the event. Thank you again, Jan!”

“I met a friend here for dinner on a Monday night. We shared the stuffed peppers and lemon cream cake. It was more than enough for us to split. The prices seemed fair to me and our server was very warm and hospitable. The interior is casual and the noise level was moderate. I found it homey and pleasant. I would be glad to go back and try some of their other foods.”

The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! The entire staff is very friendly and for a busy Saturday night, we enjoyed excellent service! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant in downtown. “I finally got to try this place for the first time since my son’s ABA clinic gave us a coupon for a free 5 inch. It is the best sub I have ever tasted better than Subway. Better than Jimmy John’s better than them all. Plus, let’s add on the fact I called and asked if they would bring my subs out curbside because I didn’t want to get my newborn out of the car and they were so generous enough to bring my order out to my car. Definitely five stars definitely will be going back”
