Online ordering pretty easy. Delivery time good. Friend's Big Don sub was fine but gf margherita pizza was terrible. It was very soggy, tomatoes mushy, cheese minimal, basil negligible and they did not put on mushrooms I added and paid for. I was really disappointed. I had such high hopes ... but another expensive miss.
This review is to highly commend This donatos location and the staff. I ordered from donatos via doordash, and three different times the doordash individual messed up my order got a salad got the wrong salad the second time around the door dash driver had an issue with the salad the third time around all I received was dressing. I contacted the location we ordered from and I don't know exactly who I spoke to I wish I caught her name so I could truly show how much I appreciate...read full review

Got 2 subs. Bread was barely cooked. Looked thrown together in a box. The bread was chewy and honestly just threw it in the trash. Sadly Donatos is somewhere I like to eat when I come back to Columbus. Not anymore. Last 2 times have been a pitiful experience. Even worse when you brag about to someone who has never had it then get embarrassed. Leaving an extortion tip before getting your food is a bad Idea
