“KFC has never been my first choice of fast food. This might not change with this establishment but I can see returning. The staff were friendly and when I got the food, I was shocked by the fact that it was actually not the greasiest thing I've ever seen. My chicken was juicy, my fries were the right amount of salty, and my drink was actual fair ratio between drink and ice. This would normally garner a 3 star review for me because it is KFC, but the service went a step beyond to accommodate us during an issue with payment. Most places would probably do this, but the way in which it was handled was very nice and prompts me to give a rating one star higher. Well done!“
“I have never really liked fried chicken but my family loves KFC. I try different things when they go but haven't been able to find anything I enjoyed, then my husband got me the pot pie from here and I absolutely love it!! It's delicious and now my new favorite. Just Amazing!!!“
“Outstanding staff.Returned to town from vacation tonight 3/25/2023 to find most of the area without power due to wind storms. The staff was working hard to keep up with the demand created by being one of the few places open at 9:30pm.Was told they lost power themselves for 5 hours but they stayed to serve customers when power was restored.I seen 4 but there many have been more working. These ladies had awesome uplifting attitudes even though they were bombarded at almost closing time with what I would say is way more customers than normal.Ontop of the phenomenal staff I found the food to be above standards compared to other KFCs I've been to.I wish I knew the older lady working the drive thru windows name as she definitely deserves a shout-out for her superior customer services.“
“Came in at around 9pm on a Saturday, I was greeted by Brenda who is the nicest and most enthusiastic person I have ever been graced with the presence of. She truly made our experience fun and enjoyable, even if it was just for a late snack. Brenda, I hope you have the best life ever.The food was pretty alright as well for it being so late lol“
“The staff here was super amazing and very sweet. I am very thankful for them being so kind and nice. This was the last dinner I got to share with my sister. She passed away that night. She was in hospice and I was in my way to meet with her. Your staff did not know that but their good attitudes and high spirits really lifted me that night. You have an amazing staff. Just them being nice and doing a great job.“
“We were staying overnight in Austintown while on a road trip. We picked a restaurant for dinner but when we got there, we didn't like it. We had passed the KFC and had both thought it was a good second choice, which turned out to be true. We ordered our food at the counter and took the food back to our motel. We thought the chicken was unusually good, although the extra-crispy was too salty. We liked the original much better. The mashed potatoes were so-so. Cole slaw was good.“
“Food overall is very good but unfortunately after new management and workers over the years they removed the ability to choose your own amount of tenders, say I want a 4 piece tender, they can only do 3 and 5 not in between, but thats alright the quality and taste makes up for it.“
