Kitchen Abs has been a life saver. I've struggled with my weight yo-yoing through different diets and not getting the right nutritional needs by ignorance. Being a mom of two toddlers and a wife I've put myself on a back burner and not having enough time or energy to meal prep. This has made it so much easier. I appreciate the meals and the portioning to fit what I'm trying to accomplish with weight loss. Can't say enough good things.
I’ve been with Kitchen Abz for about 3 and a half months. To date I have lost over 47 pounds! I am a 50 year old woman 2 years into menopause & I was hopeless & stuck until I discovered Kitchen Abz. Started ordering meals a few weeks ago so we could decrease how many nights we eat out or even worse get fast food. We work long hours and don't seem to have enough time to cook health meals. Kitchen Abz has been an amazing game changer for us. Everyone gets to pick what they want and so far the meals have been delicious. We're extremely satisfied we the wide selection and taste.
