Where do I begin? My wife and I LOVE going to Andy’s for our Saturday date nights. We went to the Broken Arrow location instead of the Tulsa one and I guess that was the mistake. I order the “Graham” and the strawberries WERE FROZEN!!! It’s like taking a bite into a rock! They didn’t advertise “frozen strawberries in custard!” I brought it back and politely asked what that was about; however, they told me they “don’t have time to thaw out their strawberries.” I was shocked! I’m thinking to myself, why are you serving this if you don’t have time to do it correctly…? Then I asked them to remake it without strawberries and they tried to charge me again? I was like “I just took two bites & I want an exchange.” Then the guy was cool and apologized and re-made it for free and I threw anyway the frozen strawberry one. But since when has Andy’s dropped the ball this hard? Not having time for fresh ingredients killed this experience for me. I don’t know if I “have time” for Andy’s again…

I ordered a James brown jack hammer and dude at the window handed it to me, saying “yeah sorry I forgot the hot fudge”Like okay??? Fix it? Not a huge deal if you know, you just fix your mistake? And not hand it to me after after I’ve already paid? There was no rectification to this error, just a kid with little to no respect of anyone else’s time or money. Train better Andy.
