“If you see a bad review for El Fogon don't believe it. Hands down the best Mexican food around. Food, service and atmosphere are the best. They are family owned, very friendly and the food is exceptional. I lived in El Paso for 5 years and El Fogon is authentic Mexican food. Just look at the crowd of people dining here and that is testament to the food and service.“

“I used to eat at this restaurant when they were at a different location. They closed and relocated to their new spot. This was the first time eating at the new spot. I went during the late afternoon before the dinner rush and was pleasantly surprised to find that their lunch menu was still in effect. Since I looked at this as a new restaurant due to the location, I ordered my go to item for a new Mexican restaurant -- beef enchiladas with chili con carne. This came with an order of beans (I chose refried) and rice. In my opinion, everything was cooked perfectly. Throw in the fact that serve complimentary chips with salsa and queso before the meal and sopapillas after the meal, I can't imagine anyone leaving this place hungry. The service was good, but not exceptional. Overall, I will be returning. This is one of my favorite, if not my sole favorite, Mexican restaurant to eat at.“

“On our recent visit we had Matthew R. as our server, he was quick to get our drinks, orders and food came out hot and quick. One problem, my wifes food came out wrong. We let Matthew know and he went straight back to the kitchen to get it corrected. Not long after he returned and wanted to let us know that the mistake was his and not the kitchen and apologized several times. As an owner of two businesses myself, Los Cabos you have a great employee. Mistakes happen, he took ownership that would have been easy to pass off. He handled it like a pro! Overall a great experience!“

“Food was good, the poor waitress was overwhelmed, the place was jam- packed with customers, with patrons wait in the lobby for a table. The decor was definitely different with metal artwork touching the ceiling and the partitions between the booths made of old wood windows. An enjoyable atmosphere for both young and old.“

“Love this place! When I moved from Texas to Tulsa, I WAS spoiled by the variety of Tex-Mex in my Dallas area. El Chico & El Fenix were my " go-to" places! There were very few choices. So I was delighted. So, I have been an ElChico convert since. There was a Tex-Mex place named, Guadalajara and it was mom & pop owned, it was beyond awesome, too bad it was forced to close due to the owner's divorce. Great place!“

“Very good food, just like mama made it in her kitchen. Very friendly staff always right on time to check on you. Its never that uncomfortable constantly checking on you, you know what i mean? It's right on time,lol!The atmosphere, well when i was there it was calm and more business/can i not be bothered feel. This was around 4pm /5pm. But i will add that it felt very inviting! OVER-ALL I THINK THIS MIGHT BE MY GO TO RESTAURANT!“

“This is one of the only good Chili's to go to we have been to many Chili's and this one is always good. The food is always fresh, other Chili's some of the food is congealed and just looks old. The employees are usually pretty good we have had a few that weren't great but they aren't there anymore. So the issues fix themselves. The restaurant is pretty clean every now and then you will get a sticky table we just wipe ours with a baby wipe because they would probably just use the same dirty rag that made it sticky.“

“The food is absolutely delicious. My husband and I both love stopping here. They even accommodate my requests to leave the meat off a burrito so I can still enjoy their food. The cali burrito is my favorite!It does take a little bit to make the food, but that’s because it’s all fresh and made from scratch“
