“On our recent visit we had Matthew R. as our server, he was quick to get our drinks, orders and food came out hot and quick. One problem, my wifes food came out wrong. We let Matthew know and he went straight back to the kitchen to get it corrected. Not long after he returned and wanted to let us know that the mistake was his and not the kitchen and apologized several times. As an owner of two businesses myself, Los Cabos you have a great employee. Mistakes happen, he took ownership that would have been easy to pass off. He handled it like a pro! Overall a great experience!“
“The food is absolutely delicious. My husband and I both love stopping here. They even accommodate my requests to leave the meat off a burrito so I can still enjoy their food. The cali burrito is my favorite!It does take a little bit to make the food, but that’s because it’s all fresh and made from scratch“
“This is one of the only good Chili's to go to we have been to many Chili's and this one is always good. The food is always fresh, other Chili's some of the food is congealed and just looks old. The employees are usually pretty good we have had a few that weren't great but they aren't there anymore. So the issues fix themselves. The restaurant is pretty clean every now and then you will get a sticky table we just wipe ours with a baby wipe because they would probably just use the same dirty rag that made it sticky.“
“I've been frequenting El Fogon since I learned of them in 2012. Their menu is only beat in amazing food and good costs by their impressive hustle and family atmosphere.Their hours aren't quite what they used to be, but If you can catch this restaurant open, you will leave one happy ( and full ) patron.Parking: Lunch and dinner rush can feel like tetris on occasion.“
