It's ok most of the time there is a huge line that you have to wait in before you can order your food and you can't really hear them over the speaker or they ask you to wait before you order your food. We love the western burgers and love going on Friday night for half price burger
But maybe it should be so it can be freshened up and cleaned. Maybe just use the drive thru. Staff does a great job serving and food was very good. Kudos to the staff. But the store itself is in serious need of a good cleaning and freshening. Window shades are broken, stained and dirty. Some of the seat coverings on booths are ripped and most are dingy and old. Legs on the chairs are scratched and old looking. It's just an old dirty building. Come on Carl's, be better.
