“Definitely the nicest Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen, (reminds me of a rustic styled beach house), but the drive-thru was extremely slow and the ice cream servings were way too small. Hopefully the service will get better as they did just open.“
“It's closing weekend and we just had to go back to Bob Jo's to get our fix before the 7 month closure. They're only open Mid-April through Mid-September.Large Custard Twist in a Cup ($3.60) - Decadent, heavy, creamy, dense, everything you could want from a great frozen custard. Bob Jo's almost always has a pretty long line, so you know they have great turnover and you can expect to get freshly churned custard. Prices are only around 10 cents more than last year, but they've also undergone some shrinkflation (the current large cup is only around 2/3 the size of the large last year). Still, definitely worth the price for such a great custard!There's a reason Bob Jo's always has a line (don't worry, it moves fast). Go and get some custard; you won't be disappointed. “I have been going here for years and throughout the years I’ve been they have definitely improved! Their ice cream and shakes are amazing! The staff is also very sweet and understanding! Be sure to stop by this summer! I love how they give free soft serves to people that have their name on the board still hoping mine gets on this summer!Parking: Not a big parking lot but there’s also parking in the street! So no matter what it’s not gonna be a far walk to the window!Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly towards kids and even have names on the board everyday for a free cone. “Custard here is still too airy for me, but Custard Corner is the clear winner in the local debate vs Bob Jo's. The flavors here taste much less artificial, plus this location cannot be beat, especially if you want to go for a lovely walk with your ice cream in the nearby Elizabeth Park! It's gorgeous. This whole neighborhood is cute AF. Service was friendly and super quick. They offered real hard shell that had a good flavor. We ordered small twist custard cones and had the most delightful time wandering nearby with them.“

“This is a great spot for a cold treat. They have an accessible ramp and door which is nice if you have mobility issues or a stroller. Right now they don't have seating inside, but there is a bench out front and the navy yard is super close and has lots of nice places to eat. We will definitely be back!“
