“I was going through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised at the service at the window. This young lady I believe it was Emily, was so kind hearted. She carried herself so maturely and always had a smile on her face! Service that great always makes the customers happy. I would prefer her to work every time I went through!“
“Super fun place! The restaurant is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of parking in the lot. The fancy toast (I got the night cap) was so tasty! Also tried The Kekoa (coffee) and it was great. My friend and I played a game of jeopardy (they have a couple shelves of books and games to use) and chatted for a bit. I'll go back for sure.Parking: Lots of spaces near the door.Kid-friendliness: Games, high chairs, and a bathroom available.“
“The BEST donuts I've ever had. Not just in the downriver area but EVERYONE! Make sure you come early because the donuts are always fresh! The service is quick. Like every other donut shop it's on the small side but don't make that stop you from dropping in.“

You'll have to travel a long way to find a lounge as Nice as this one From Padrone to My father's- selections from Drew estates to Camanco and so, so, so so much more. Stop in today, you won't be disappointed!“
“Best chai around! The owner is very friendly and upbeat. Cute place to meet up with a friend, get a little work done, just relax and enjoy your coffee, or take your doggy for a treat. I am told they also have live music on occasion.Parking: Parking lot close by on Oak St. as well. Pretty sure it is free too.“

“I found this coffee shop on my last trip out to MI. I have been craving it since. It was my first stop when we landed. The baristas were super nice and helpful. We got our coffee quickly and accurately. My Mocha was so good! (You'd be surprised how many coffee shops mess up such a simple drink) I dont know what it is about Biggby coffee, but it is so good! I wish Biggby was as big as starbucks is everywhere. It isn't fair that only MI has them. Keep making amazing coffee! Thank you all for the happiness in my cup in the mornings! I can't wait til our next trip out so I can get my fix!“
“The only thing I would change about this business is that they're not open year round, because when they're closed, I really miss them!Great coffee and a huge variety of drinks and ice cream. “Cute location area you can come into while.watching the traffic if you wish to.The staff here was very accommodating when I wished to have my ice coffee medium cream and sugar. At first I got the creams and sugar in the raw in a container. I never had them handed to me as usually Dunkin or Tim Hortons just makes it and I usually tell them I want medium of each or else it might be too sweet. I guess I assumed Biggby would be like them in that regard but they're a bit better I found. In order I rate,.Biggby #1, Tim's #2, DD dead last.“
“I enjoy their iced drinks and the atmosphere for the most part. However, in my experience 7/10 times the staff isn’t always the most friendly or approachable. You feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering based on their expressions and body language, most times they won’t even greet you first. Another time 2 baristas were loudly arguing and it was uncomfortable to witness. I wish it felt more welcoming at times :(“
“It's a nice coffee shop with a bakery. They also serve breakfast sandwhiches and wraps. Despite being very busy, I got my order in less than 10 min. I ordered the mocha latte. Maybe that was a wrong choice. It had no flavor. It tasted like regular coffee out of a pot with milk in it. My husband's cookies n cream iced capp was good. The strawberry Pomegranate refresher was not bad, slightly watered down tasting. The sandwhiches were hot and fresh. The sausage on the sandwiches appeared a little less cooked than i would prefer. The donuts were very good. The restaurant is very clean. I loved the area near the fireplace you can sit. It makes a nice ambient area to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends.“

“I was here on Thanksgiving Dad 2023 & the people running the store were very focused & very busy!! They still kept customer service at the forefront and were as positive & happy as possible. They were the only people opened (thankfully) in the area that my boyfriend & I saw. I hope that they are traditionally as busy as they were on this day every day & that this place wasn't busy by fluke.“
“Nice fast food place here. Decent food and nice customer service, plus some really convenient kiosks where you can order on a touch screen. The drive thru/parking area can be a bit tight for pedestrians but overall this is a nice restaurant to get some okay food at an okay price. It's McDonald's though. Don't expect anything healthy or gourmet hehe :) still alright.“
