“I really don’t eat the food, one for the inconsistency and two because it’s not that reasonable anymore (unless they have limited sales on). What I want to vouch for, is in the mornings, they have an excellent staff on hand. Every morning, I pick up my coffee ( through the drive-thru) in which I like to say, in the mornings McDonald’s coffee is always fresh and consistently brewed the older lady on the pay wicket (drive-thru ), is always very friendly and cheerful with a “good morning” greeting when you pay for your order. I prefer McDonalds coffee over Hortons (my personal choice). I was getting the (1) medium coffee with the egg McMuffin/Sausage back in December 2023 when they had their deal on for $4.99 for both. It’s since been discontinued (it was a limited time only deal). Kudos to the morning shift!Starts my day off with a nicely freshly brewed coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of openings/With automatic powered doors ( in or out).“
“Went to the drive through and made sure to ask for no onions and no pickles in the 2 burgers. When I got home both contained pickles and onions and I was missing an item. Called the store the manager was great took my information and said the entire order would be compensated next time I go in. A week and a half later went back and another person was there claiming the manager only put one burger on credit. They ended up doing the whole meal which was appreciated. I just think better communication and attention to detail needs some work. I get it most of the staff are teens. I’m just glad that they did do their best to rectify the situation“
“KFC had a deal on this day-09/18/2024 at 4:30 P.M. The deal goes until February 11-2024, for $10.00 + HST Dinner for 2, includes 4 pieces chicken, 2 fries and 2 servings of Popcorn Chicken, plus 2 sauces. Although the pieces were on the small side, included 2 small breasts and 2 legs. To our surprise, this time the chicken wasn’t greasy, and the fries were freshly fried as were the popcorn chicken balls. All in all, I would say, this limited time deal was well worth it. Wife said service at the order taker was polite and accommodating. We’ve had the Tuesday Special in the past, and hasn’t been very good (was very greasy) and small pieces. Still doesn’t taste like KFC was in the 60’s or 70’s. They’ve changed their recipes obviously.“
“East side mario is a great cheap dinner option!! I love that most of the meals comes with unlimited refulls of either salad or soup of your choice! Not only do you get to pick salad or soup, but they have so many different types of soup and salad! My go to choice is always the tomato soup!! It is so good! I always make sure to get multiple refills and get my moneys worth 10/10 recommend!!!“

I decided to give this place a try as the reviews looked great, and I was not disappointed!New to me is Shawarma made with Saj which I've never had but really enjoyed.Overall the wrap including the chicken was delicious and was made with care by the owner. We chatted and I learned a little about him and his new business - he was very friendly, open, and dedicated. It's great to support a small local business that puts passion into what they do.If you're thinking about giving this place a try, I encourage you to check it out!
