“Do yourself a favor and visit Prime Steak & Raw Bar. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we ever had while in Burlington. Found the prices very reasonable when compared to other restaurants of this caliber. No need to drive to Toronto any more to get this variety and quality food and service. Location is great, after dinner we walked a block down to the water front and enjoyed talking a walk while the sunset. “While I do recommend coming here, I am not happy about my most recent experience. My 2 children and I arrived there today just after 5pm. Hostess informed us that if we do not have a reservation they cannot seat us as they are not taking walk ins until 7:30pm. I was not given an alternative. So I stepped aside, went online and booked a reservation. Went back to hostess and informed her of my reservation. She almost grudgingly seated us. It is my daughters birthday too. Many seats are still empty here.“
