Not the best, and not the worst either. Lots of people have mentioned a high staff turnover rate but no more than your average coffee shop. There are plenty of employees who have been there for years. Also, the other reviewers talking about a drive-thru are mistaken. There is not one at this location.
My girlfriend and I just wanted to grab a couple of drinks and a donut. They messed up her order. She had asked for a white hot chocolate with a Chai tea bag, but instead gave us a hot chocolate and a seperate Chia tea. I guess the cashier didn't hear we had ordered a donut as well. The place looked nice and new, although there was some cleaning that needed to be done. They did rectify the situation, although the whole experience was awkward and could have been handled a bit better.

I visit this location every day. Every morning before work. I get the same order every day. Steeped tea with 3 milk and 2 sugar. For the last 3 days in a row, I have been given a medium coffee with 2 milk 2 sugar, a large steeped tea with 2 sugar 1 milk and today a small steeped tea with 3 milk and 2 sweetener/stevia.
