I have been getting the Large London Fog here for about 3 months. This location is the only one where it tastes as it should. Hailey made the one I got today and of course it was delicious. I have been meaning to add this Google review for a while. I always go thru drive-thru, the person taking my order always sounds friendly and is polite. Keep up the good work!
Updating my review. Im at the library after having a terrible morning, plus my internet being out and having deadlines to meet. Was really looking forward to this bagel. Smaller donuts, rate increases, weirdly expensive cookies, I can deal. But this is just unacceptable.It's always busy, and kinda slow. But the food and drinks are always perfect.

Most of the staff are beyond great. There have been unfriendly ones, but that doesn't take away from the good. The clientele is a mixed bag as this is Hamilton, but it's nowhere near the worst, nor have I ever felt scared. Clean or at the very least respectable.Parking: It's not the biggest lot, but I have always found a spot. There is street parking within a 30-second radius also.
