5 stars even though I don't think bbt should ever encroach on $10 territory lol (and this place does). TP Tea is effectively priced in line w/ Ten Ren's. However, I WILL give them their flowers. Their tea is VERY strong and has exceptional flavour. I still can't say that the pricing is fully justified but they do have large sizes while Chicha San Chen at at Markville mall does not (and Chicha also charges around the same price for a smaller drink). I enjoyed the 3Q drink! 50% sweetness was perfect for me. The tapioca, coffee jelly, and noodles were all great. I wish the tapioca were more sweet though, they didn’t have much taste. Would have been better if they were marinated in some brown sugar. Pricey for the drink, after tax $9 but I would still probably get it again
