“great service, everyone was so nice, especially the guy behind the gelato counter who was very kind in explaining flavours. i got the Biscoff + vanilla bean flavour. the Biscoff was very yummy and included authentic Biscoff in their gelato, but the vanilla bean slightly had an off taste and didn't really taste like a good vanilla bean gelato. nonetheless, i still really liked the gelato & the shop + the service was great!“

“Visited on a cool Spring evening. It wasn't busy so staff were patient with us as we tried the different ice cream offerings. The milk + honey was surprisingly delicious and my favourite. Marcha Oreo was a close second! The store area has local goods (chachalate, hot sauce, frozen goods, pianopiano). Will be back to try the sandwiches. The sailor moon art is toughhhh“

“Amazing frozen custard and vegan ice cream flavours. I love how unique their menu is (portugese egg tart and brown butter coffee are some personal favourites) and how it's always rotating with creative seasonal additions. The owners are so friendly and I love how community focused they are. Every month they spotlight a different local charitable organization and raise donations through sales of their charity flavour. Can't recommend enough!“

“Very flavourful! We had strawberry mango and banana mango. Both were good. You get to add two toppings at the end. You can also add whipped cream and sauces. They were really busy but the wait time was very reasonable. Staff gave quick and professional service.“

The wait was a bit long to order because the lady was by herself but we had time to spare. “Tried this place twice - the first time in the summer and the second during fall. My favourite is the Vanillanut (ube twisted with charcoal coconut stacked on vanilla bean). I asked for the ice cream in a cup with the cone on the side (to prevent it melting everywhere), but during the summer this was inevitable. About 5 minutes in, the ice cream was spilling out of the cup and all over my hand. During the fall, we avoided this problem, with the trade-off being the coldness combined with the chilly weather. The vanilla bean is delicious and super flavourful. The ube is tasty and one of my favourite combos with the vanilla, while the charcoal coconut wasn't too strong and just perfect. The servers were friendly and nice. iHalo Krunch also offers a free cone on your birthday!“

Maybe they can managed to lessen the sweetness or I think maybe because it's a perfect combo of a burgers that has the flavour of combination of salty, spicyness with fries. “The Steeles location is significantly better than the Finch location! The service is prompt and location is more convenient in terms of parking.It's a nice quiet place to catch up with friends as they have adequate seating. Although there is a 1 hour seating limit, they will let you stay if the store is not busy. The restaurant felt overly warm though, probably to get you to buy more bingsu!The bingsu come in 3 sizes (cup, small, large) and you can easily share the large with multiple people. I highly recommend the tiramisu bingsu which comes with a shot of espresso to pour over! However I do wish they showed the prices of the food items on all their menus..“
