“Went to the drive through and made sure to ask for no onions and no pickles in the 2 burgers. When I got home both contained pickles and onions and I was missing an item. Called the store the manager was great took my information and said the entire order would be compensated next time I go in. A week and a half later went back and another person was there claiming the manager only put one burger on credit. They ended up doing the whole meal which was appreciated. I just think better communication and attention to detail needs some work. I get it most of the staff are teens. I’m just glad that they did do their best to rectify the situation“
“I really don’t eat the food, one for the inconsistency and two because it’s not that reasonable anymore (unless they have limited sales on). What I want to vouch for, is in the mornings, they have an excellent staff on hand. Every morning, I pick up my coffee ( through the drive-thru) in which I like to say, in the mornings McDonald’s coffee is always fresh and consistently brewed the older lady on the pay wicket (drive-thru ), is always very friendly and cheerful with a “good morning” greeting when you pay for your order. I prefer McDonalds coffee over Hortons (my personal choice). I was getting the (1) medium coffee with the egg McMuffin/Sausage back in December 2023 when they had their deal on for $4.99 for both. It’s since been discontinued (it was a limited time only deal). Kudos to the morning shift!Starts my day off with a nicely freshly brewed coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of openings/With automatic powered doors ( in or out).“

I did not make reservations but we got to sit at the bar and had a great view of everyone enjoying their meals. This place has a great line up of draught beers (many of my favourites that are not available in most places). and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the classic and the original #HAMONT. Without exaggerating..this was the best burger I've had so far. From the patty, to the toppings on the HAMONT and the bun.. everything was just great. the big bonus is that the fries were also the best fries I've had... Fries were perfectly done, not dry, not soggy, just right amount of seasoning.. Try this place, it will be on top of your burger list.“

“Bought the brisket burger but it was more like roast beef on a burger, didn't have enough sauce and was WAY too greasy (even for a burger). Fries were good though.When we first got there we were standing there waiting to be seated but nobody came so we just seated ourselves. It's understandable though. We went during lunch time though so they didn't have much staff.Overall, I would say it was alright but for that money I'd prefer to go somewhere else. Probably wouldn't go again.“

“We walked into this restaurant yesterday and I must say the young man that works there was absolutely phenomenal. He was cleaning the restaurant very neatly and taking orders at the same time. Helping out his other work mates with drive thru. His aura is very very positive and he makes smiley faces on the burgers so everyone can smile. Never seen a person like that before with such aura. Especially in this industry anything can go wrong but his way of communicating and dealing with customers is so lovely and sweet. I have never written a review before but looking at this young man he needs to be recognised for his hard work. He is literally doing everything washing windows outside, taking orders at the same time, and making the burgers for the customers. Please please to whoever hired this young man kudos to you.
