The quality of the food is excellent, but the service can be hit and miss. I was in the other day and one server was taking care of a customer at the deli area. There was no one else around. I could see the service staff in the back and after a few minutes of waiting even said "Helloooooo?" That was ignored. Eventually a woman came out and she was glaring at me.
