Serving decent food, but very average and an extra effort on a few things would make it much better... Veal sandwich is good, but by using can mushrooms, kraft parmesan and a bland tomato sauce does not bring it home for me... I haven't taste the sausage, but the man in front of me ordered it and when I saw it was reheated in the microwave, I was quite disappointed and inspired.
I have no complaints with their chicken and veal sandwiches. However i was really upset to see my $7 rice ball go in a MICROWAVE!!! REALLY? Like i said their sandwiches are the best but that's it. They should try adding spices and garlic and basil to the tomatoe sauce. It's literally just tomato sauce sorry not sauce but tomatoes pureed heated up. Don't use a microwave come on have pride in your food.

Food is homemade and most of the people are lovely… customer service of one particular woman is atrocious. The absolute sass when requesting non-dairy milk (as though it was the biggest annoyance). It goes a long way to say “Unfortunately we don’t have that vs. No. No. No,” when asking for various milk types. If it’s that big of an issue make a sign and stick it up. Prices also seem aggressive. $8 for 1 meatball?
