“We had a great Valentines Day dinner here. It wasn’t overpacked or anything. They did try to put us at a table with another couple. The table had like a menu dividing the table. But when I said that I’d made the reservation a month prior and I didn’t want that, they moved us to a booth no problem. The food was great. The Billy miner pie is always fantastic! The steaks were cooked perfectly!“

“I came into this restaurant on the evening of March 25, 2025.Just had a steak meal after a long day working remotely in my hotel room, after my flight was delayed. I didn't have a car with me, nor did I want to walk to another restaurant, so I thought I'd give this restaurant a chance as it's conveniently located in the hotel.For the food, it's pretty decent for the price point, so if you're more value food oriented, this could be a good spot for you. My steak was seasoned well, and the peppercorn sauce was tasty. It's not a top tier cut of course, but if you wanted something affordable and made right to what you ask, this is a good choice. Kudos to the chef for doing medium rare, right.I think what particularly made my experience very good was the Bartender named Pauline. I was looking at the menu outside and she called me into the restaurant in a very endearing way. She could see I was tired and hungry, and I joined her at the bar for dinner for one. She was pleasant and friendly, and kept the right amount of time with me on how my meal was doing and helping with other guests coming from the hotel.She actively called in guests to come into the restaurant, made them feel welcome and I saw her several times thanking guest as they were leaving for coming in despite being a bit busy at times with other guests. Seems like the other guests were happy chatting with her and thanking her as well.Having worked in the hospitality industry myself at one point in my life, it's nice to see someone who just seems like she genuinely cares about what she does and how she makes others feel.Kudos to you Pauline, and thank you for the great service and mini chat on life, while singing REM with me at the bar to help bring my spirits up.To the owners, I kindly ask you share some recognition to Paul and the chef in the heart of house.“

“This place was amazing, truly a Brampton gem ?, my wife got the fish tacos and I got the whiskey pork belly grilled cheese and it was great comfort food. Very hearty, succulent meat and delicious all around. Beautiful ambience, presentation and top notch service. Our waiter Tristan was amazing, she catered to our every need and was punctual and helpful on service. The whiskey pork belly grilled cheese was packed with meat and flavour, I added bbq sauce and the flavour was awesome with a kick of whiskey. The pork belly grilled cheese was soft, sweet and melted in ur mouth. The chips also were good with the right amount of seasoning and perfectly cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed this place, The fish tacos were amazingly flavourful too, with lime cilantro they add a lot of lime, and had the right amount of zestyness and garnish needed for the perfect bite. Food portions are good and you will take home leftovers. Classic margaritas are a quick go to, perfect combination of flavour and garnish. The Stella Artois pint was tasty, filled up to the top, you definitely get your moneys worth. All in all, I’ll give this restaraunt a 10/10, would highly recommend if you are in the peel region area.
