“Happened upon this place by accident, but it seems like it was fate!! The food was amazing. I had the French onion soup and egg salad on foccacia and both were delicious. I also bought a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting to take home and it was so tasty. I would definitely recommend Fine Thymes if you're in Bracebridge and looking for a quaint spot with great food.“

There are other bakeries in town (that will remain nameless here...you figure it out) that claim they are selling sourdough bread, but I have tried the other sources, and there is only one authentic producer of proper sourdough and it's The Oven on highway 118 west just on the edge of Bracebridge.
