One thing that I noticed was that he came to check on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok with our food, in which is not done at many other places. It showed that he cared about our experience and made it very pleasurable. His customer service was number 1.”

“Took my 4 year old here for a P.A. day from school and he loved it. he has been asking to go back ever since. we played some great games, got some DND dice at a sweet price and a few miniatures to paint together at home. He enjoyed the milk and oreos and I the cold brews. Awesome place filled with awesome people, awesome games, awesome goodies, and sweet deals. Overall AWESOME! “When I found out about Indonesian’s Flavour I was a bit hesitant but I tried their food and was surprised and happy that I did not have to travel far such as to Mississauga or Toronto to eat satay , nasi goreng or rendang , etc . It is all in the Hammer /Farmer’s market . Hamilton is lucky to have Indonesian cuisine , which can come to you mild or really spicy . …You just have to ask . Now if we can only ask them to get a bigger restaurant with lots of chairs and tables for a truly good and yummy dining experience !”

“Very authentic Serbian restaurant! We went for a late lunch and ordered the dinner for two, and there were three of us. There was more than enough to eat and we took home leftovers. We had sides of shopska salata salad and lepinje (kind of a flatbread). Everything was very fresh and cooked to perfection. The meats were fresh, seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our server was very attentive and polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again soon with friends and family!”

Their coffee is always satisfying and perfect for starting the day. The donuts are fresh, soft, and full of flavor definitely one of my favorite things on the menu. I also love their flatbread options, hash browns, especially the garlic and herb savory one, which is super tasty and a great quick bite.

I’m sure sometimes bad things happen but I’ve lived close to this place for 3 years and have been going here 2-3x/week and my order has always been correct, “fresh” (lol for Tims) and service has been excellent. I actually make it a point to not go to other locations anymore because I know how inconsistent Tims can be. I hope the owner continues to do whatever they’re doing and celebrate the managers who’ve made this possible. I don’t know any of the staff names and I’ve been served by many of them and they’ve all been consistently amazing.”

“I don’t ever really write reviews on restaurants unless they are consistent with their food quality and standards. So with that being said, this is the third time I’ve ordered with Timmy’s and I definitely need to acknowledge this place. My husband and I order the same thing every time (we don’t really like change lol) and every single time with the two kebabs and rice it is ABSOLUTELY perfect. They don’t miss. The food that comes out of their kitchen is obviously made with love and care because they never let a bad plate go out. I’m not big on rice. At all. But this rice, I can eat all day, every day. They put a type of red sauce on it and a white sauce too. But it’s not what you think. It’s not the typical shawarma red and white sauce you get when you order a wrap or a plate. It’s savoury red sauce with tomatos and a little bit of kick. The white sauce seems yogurt based and it pairs absolutely perfect with the rice. And the rice, isn’t your typical white rice. It seems marinated in a way that is exploding with flavour just on its own. And don’t even get me started on the kebabs!!!! They’re juicy and big and packed full of flavour. And they give you two massive kebabs! TWO! This meal is not only filling but absolutely delicious and I’ve been addicted to Timmy’s Tanur since the moment I tried it the first time. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, using Uber eats or door dash, this restaurant will NEVER disappoint. They even throw in a delicious pita to make sure you’re full! Absolutely wonderful! I recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!!”

I was having a hard time finding a good authentic Pakistani restaurant in Hamilton. We’re loaded with Indian restaurants which I also love. I do cook Pakistani food but for a night out or a function I will order from here again.”

“As the biggest of karaoke enthusiasts, my partner and I checked out Dat Cang Karaoke on Concession, for our date night out. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves singing karaoke to our hearts content. The staff was lovely and courteous, quick to respond to needs, and curious about our feedback as they are newly open and licensed. They also let us know that this was the first Wednesday night open for karaoke so it was especially nice to sneak in unanticipated and the only singers in the club. We both were impressed with their host system, sound quality, and especially stage lighting - it felt welcoming to sing in a space built with obvious care. There's plenty of comfortable seating arranged in groupings that enable you to sing from your seat or take the stage if desired. We did both and enjoyed the comfort of feeling like singing at home but in a lovely and well-tended space. And that’s saying something walking off Ottawa St. I used to live in the neighbourhood. Might be a good thing that I don’t anymore. As this place is a gem. For those who know, they kinda keep it quiet. It’s small but perfect. And talk about calming. Easy to get into one of the comfortable chairs and sink right into this place. Karen a friend of mine had put up a few pictures about the place. I commented on the post. And wrote that it looked wonderful and I should give it a try. Karen said that if I did she would meet me there. Well let me tell you it will not be the last time for sure. Ashley and Alex behind the bar were amazing. Perfectly suited and great folks. Now, I was looking at the fantastic drinks that kept coming out. And the next time I go I would like to try a few of the concoctions. I didn’t see that they had flights (smaller versions). “We expected a party of approx 20 people on Jan 24/26 but due to the weather we had 3 people that flew out early from Pearson to Logan Airport and around 4 went home immediaely after the 'due' because they were from out of town. That left 13 of us. Since we had reserved, we still had a round table for 13 in the back of the restaurant. We decided to go with a family style format and actually ordered way too much food. The portions were large and tasty, from the egg rolls + spring rolls to a variety of dishes that satisfied everyone. We were extremely well looked after despite the restaurant getting busier. We were happy to see other parties in and out as January is very slow in the restaurant business. I dealt with someone on 3 occasions before we arrived and he assured me he woud make our dinner worth while. And he did. We ended up with one extra at the table designated for a comfortable 12 and that was okay. We also had our beloved SIL in a wheelchair to boot. We thought that would not be possible when we were expecting 20. Needles to say, we were not rushed, our food was excellent, we had good conversation around a round table and to add,.....it was a great experience. If ANYTHING, the room we were in could actual benefit from adding material or whatever on the walls, ceiling in order to cut way back on the noise. The table for 12 was far better than having 13 seated in a long table but noise barriers would help 100%. Thank you DRAGON COURT for an excellent experience You were recommeded by one of the folks who was at our table and did not disappoint.”

“This review for Annalakshmi restaurant on Main West is mainly for non-Indian patrons simply because I cannot presume to know enough about Indian cuisine and completely appreciate the nuance of their cooking. However, that said, I know my own palette and I’ll say with conviction the Butter Garlic Masala Dosa I had was fantastic! The taste was wonderfully garlicky and the sauces a great compliment. The other dish I tried was an appetizer Medhu Vada Plate which consisted of four lentil “donuts” with a dipping sauce that could have easily been its own soup it was so delicious. Highly recommended, 100% vegetarian. If there were any negatives depending on your preference in Indian Food, there is a lot of deep-fried selections, lots of bread in various forms and no meat. Take your time with the menu and ask your server questions because between the above mentioned items is a lot of tasty gems!”

So with that being said, this is the third time I’ve ordered with Timmy’s and I definitely need to acknowledge this place. My husband and I order the same thing every time (we don’t really like change lol) and every single time with the two kebabs and rice it is ABSOLUTELY perfect. They don’t miss. The food that comes out of their kitchen is obviously made with love and care because they never let a bad plate go out. I’m not big on rice. At all. But this rice, I can eat all day, every day. They put a type of red sauce on it and a white sauce too. But it’s not what you think. It’s not the typical shawarma red and white sauce you get when you order a wrap or a plate. It’s savoury red sauce with tomatos and a little bit of kick. The white sauce seems yogurt based and it pairs absolutely perfect with the rice. And the rice, isn’t your typical white rice. It seems marinated in a way that is exploding with flavour just on its own. And don’t even get me started on the kebabs!!!! They’re juicy and big and packed full of flavour. And they give you two massive kebabs! TWO! This meal is not only filling but absolutely delicious and I’ve been addicted to Timmy’s Tanur since the moment I tried it the first time. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, using Uber eats or door dash, this restaurant will NEVER disappoint. They even throw in a delicious pita to make sure you’re full! Absolutely wonderful! “Lovely breakfast and brunch place. Restaurant was slammed but Shay handled us promptly with a smile. Jenna was also so hospitable and attentive! The food was excellent, especially the Hammy Benny with the pork belly and the french toast! Reservations recommended and def worth the wait. Good vibes!”

“We went there tonight celebrating David's birthday. It was a wonderful evening with great food and service. Emma did a great job tonight as our waitress. The new owner Patrick was stopping at each table introducing himself and making sure everything was fine. The restaurant was packed and staff were zipping around making sure everything moved smoothly. we will be back !”

“I went here for the first time today and ordered the white peach oolong fresh milk tea with tapioca. My mom ordered the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and we were very happy with our drinks. The lady working there was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome!”

Can't beat the Mandarin restaurant for an overall great dining experience.”
