Ark + Anchor is a really cute cafe. Don't let the exterior fool you because it is deceiving. I love the fact that it is two levels, it's cute and cozy.This is a perfect place to study, read or just relax. I would definitely visit again!

This is a great spot for a quiet coffee and catch up with friends. Great food and coffee selection. Lots space up stairs to do some work as well.Not a criticism but one thing to note for parents with young kids. There is window/bar style seating on the main level and the rest of the seating is upstairs. I had brought my newborn in her stroller.
