So I'm not one to boast Tim Hortons really but the staff here deff improved my impressions of Tim Hortons overall. Great staff n management well trained n polite very helpful and informative. They ran out of bread n wraps yesterday after dinner so they gave me 2 turkey bacon on English muffin instead ? awesome job on customer service yo. Ty. "XGWJB"
Only the best Tim Hortons in Hamilton, great staff, and I can't say enough about how great the one they call kevin is. He always seem to know exactly what I want and never disappoints. ?

I worked across the street from this Tim Hortons for 6 years, and was continually impressed by their service. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always very efficient. I never had to wait long for my order, even if there was a line during the morning rush they would get through the line very quickly.
