First - be aware of the price of items in your local grocery store and your ability to consume all you purchase at Costco before it rots. Gas prices are always better at Costco than elsewhere. Go to the butcher and ask for a 10 pound chubb - this is a 10 pound bag of ground beef - it's a mix of all the beef they ground - it averages 92 to 96% lean. I generally do this in the summer when hamburgers on the grill are what's for dinner... a lot. Recently got a great rental car price...read full review
