My 2 years older son fan of the tim donuts,We visited this location last saturday around 11:30am.We took our food & eat in the restaurant suddenly i noticed inside the restaurant ,one of the employee dipping the donuts into the chocolate but surprisingly he did this without any gloves.Without gloves is this healthy way?!! Definitely i’ll never buy the tim donuts after this incident.You should maintain you hygiene properly.
One of the ovens was beeping constantly for a good 3 or 4 minutes during our dining experience today. My mom who is hard of hearing found it extremely distracting and bothersome with her hearing aids. I was even bothered by the constant beeping until the baker finally came out and stopped it. The service was mediocre, we waited in the line up inside for a few minutes each time I was in line which was twice as I purchased 2 donuts to take out.
