This is what my Quarter Pounder with cheese was like when I opened the box. When I called the store. The manager "Dylan" said that he didn't believe me and that it would never happen.Kid-friendliness: At the time of this order. The night manager was very rude and would not listen nor believe my problem with the burger.

One of the only McDonald's that I've ever been where the manager walks around to the tables and asks the customers how is everything. Very nice touch! Game my dining experience a bit more personality.
