This was my job some time and I felt working with them alright but due to some personal reasons I had to leave. I changed my work location and may be I worked here 2-3 months. It was a worse experience as I asked for my T4 which is supposed to be in my hand at the end of February but I got it 4 days later and after calling 2 times a day to the manager. Edit: I’m going to edit my review because asides from my one experience with one staff member , the rest of the staff have been great and very helpful and my past few visits were a pleasant experience . I grab coffee here every day before work. The staff is extremely busy yet they are very friendly and do their best to get your order to you quickly. It's mind blowing how unbelievable rude and disrespectful customers can be to these young workers. I have never had a bad experience, they always smile and it's obvious they are doing the best they can with the huge line ups and trying to fill orders at the same time. I appreciate all their hard work.
