I go multiple times a week, every morning, order on the mobile app my coffee and go in to pickup, always the same way. Same 3 people in there. The young girl is amazing and always remembers my order and gives me my coffee right away - this is the only reason I give 2 stars for service. She is amazing and her little sister works there too. Very efficient, fast and actually smiles. The other 2 gentleman - one I always get, is soooooo slow, never smiles. I call him "the sloth"....read full review
Oh my gosh.....shrinkflation....ordered a Mcdouble.....costs over $3.50 with tax....I unwrapped it and it almost slipped through my fingers....what in the good name of Mayor McCheese is happening...

The number of times we mobile order from here and they get it wrong is ridiculous. Luckily my kids aren't super picky about McDonald's but it's such a hassle to try and check the bag every time. Why have a mobile app when the order isn't going to be right anyway?
