“From start to finish - planning our wedding at Abe Erb (Kitchener, Charles St location) was a very stress-free and wonderful experience. The manager, Tony, was very responsive to all our questions throughout the process, was involved in the planning and even helped serve meals the day of the event. He checked in with us occasionally on the wedding day to ensure we were happy and even helped clean up on the wedding day. He was friendly, organized and really helped alleviate any concerns we had throughout the entire process. The food and service was excellent on the wedding day and far exceeded our expectations. We had lots of room for all our guests to play games, dance or chat - whatever they wanted to do. We were also able to bring in any of our own decorations and table settings, as well as additions to the menu. We would highly recommend Abe Erb as a wedding or event venue!! “Rose Cafe in Town it is rare to find such a beautiful place, relaxing and tasty food. My husband and I go there for a date as it is not only food but the vibe is needed after a busy and hectic day. Yes the items might be more expensive than other places, However we should remember that we are paying for something unique, the place, the food. Highly recommended for relaxing and good food . “For the longest time, my favorite pizza place in town was Pepi's Pizza on water street. They are still ok but their quality seems to have come down a little. We ordered rustic slice for the first time and I was so impressed! Good amount of toppings, fresh bread and the cheese makes it so good. They are my new favorite and now I even eat the crust! “Well everyone was telling me that they had the best calamari in the city. So I ordered and picked up an order. I got home and took a bite and realized that this dish will eventually end and I will be sad because it is truly amazing. “We love visiting for the cocktail flights. Highly recommend the spicy margarita flight that is currently being offered.Their cocktails to go and boozie slushies are also a very nice treat.Pizza is always cooked to perfection and don't skip out on the insanity loaf!“
