They need to make an employee line for quicker service. I’m there daily and often waste more than half my break waiting in line for an incorrect order, confusion at the till or waiting for the order, and often feeling nauseous with prepared sandwiches. Sometimes it’s just not worth the wait!Please read the room Timmy’s….a good portion of your customers are employees or patients going to procedures…ie. Dialysis or breaks.We are time sensitive
Let’s start with the positives. The guys are nice.Let’s move on the negatives. There are many. First off grinds in the bottom of my iced coffee? Okay. Second, stale, uncut, barely toasted bagel. Third, no napkins. Fourth, the employees don’t seem very passionate about their jobs.

I was kinda wondering when Tim Horton's will realize a toaster, toasts on both sides. I guess they use the ones they use because they are faster. But they only toast on one side. So you try to ask for a double-toasted bagel and you get it burnt on the edges. But Tim Horton's doesn't care about me and the way I want things as so many people just except it. They pay the big bucks so Tim Horton's can get your order wrong. Like it is too much trouble to cut the bagel anymore....read full review
