I placed a pick up order for beverage and 2 sandwiches on Tims app and I wasnt even allowed to enter the building there. The receptionist of building said this Tims is only for the Sunlife KW employees.Later someone from building came with only a cup of beverage and I was told that we dont have breakfast in this Tims and I should ask for refund online.I went online and now, the customer service wants to give me some points but there hasn't been any refund issued yet.Why was this...read full review
