Whenever we order in the drivethru, the order taker does not even let us finish. They always makes the experience terrible by rushing us with constant “anything else”/“that’s everything?”. Even if we are the only ones in the drive thru, this is what happens. Yesterday and today , we ordered the same bagel, to be double toasted and it wasn’t. The staff is always in a rush, even when there is nobody else in drive through. Would never take the order right and when asked argues that I didn’t order it right. To be frank convenience is the only reason for me to go to this store but they disappoint all the time. If this is the service they are providing to everybody, I want to know what others feel about the store.

With the restaurant being near a highschool, there is often nowhere to sit because the shop is crowded with students. Whether items are in stock depends on time of visit. The staff are pleasant enough and helpful.Accessibility: ???Main doors are automatic. The washroom has an accessible stall with grab bars but the entrance door is not automatic.Seating is often taken by highschool students, even accessible seating.
